Reservation and cancellation policy

• Reservation policy
  • A valid credit card is required to make a reservation.
  • A 30% deposit is required at booking. The remaining 70% will be processed 7 days prior to the stay.
  • For reservations made 7 days or less before your stay, complete payment is required upon booking.
• Cancellation insurance
  • Must be purchased at the time of initial reservation.
  • In case of cancellation, allows refund* of total of invoice, except the insurance amount. *Refer to cancellation policy below.

    If government policies don't allow you to travel or if you get sick (with medical bill) and are unable to travel, our organization with refund the full amount processed on your credit card without delays.If traveling is allowed but you are unable to make it directly or indirectly due to the pandemic situation, we will modify your stay dates for free and without expiry date.

  • In case of cancellation, without insurance, no refund will be given except for cases of "force majeure" with official proof.
  • In a case of "force majeure" with official proving document, full refund will be given by Cime Aventures, including cancellation insurance amount.
  • For all activities, accommodations and meals (except canoe-camping and shuttles), the cancellation insurance allows refunds for cancellation made before or at 5:00PM the day before departure.
